What Your Personal Planner Will Do For You!
●Establish budget and maintain budget tracking ●Recommend vendors for the event ●Call vendors and arrange a visit or proposals ●Review contracts ●Arrange for transportation and hotels for guests ●Track wedding budget ●Invitation mailing and tracking ●Maintain accurate account of invitations and RSVPs ●We become the main contact on the client’s behalf ●Meet with couple to finalize all plans for the wedding ●Arrange and determine any detail changes ●Finalize guest list ●Organize favors and gifts ●Finalize deliveries with vendors by phone ●Honeymoon arrangement and planning ●Coordinate wedding rehearsal and wedding day. ●Instruct wedding party on procedures for ceremony entrances and positions ●Assist with rehearsal dinner and or party ●Wedding day organization and put all wedding details in order ●Maintain all decorations and details in place at reception site ●Organize wedding party for ceremony ●Ensure all deliveries have been made ●Assist bride and groom with last minute details ●Oversee ceremony and reception ●Keep accurate timeline and itinerary for entire event ●Personal assistant to bride and groom ●Troubleshoot any problems ●Personal shopping ●Ensure all personal items for couple are secured after event. |
