What Your Personal Planner will do for you. ●Arrange a consultation with couple to discuss all of the wedding plans and details ●Establish budget ●Arrange for transportation and hotels for guests ●Track wedding budget ●Maintain accurate account of invitations and RSVPs ●We become the main contact on the client’s behalf ●Meet with couple to finalize all plans for the wedding ●Arrange and determine any detail changes ●Finalize guest list ●Organize favors and gifts ●Finalize deliveries with vendors by phone ●Coordinate wedding rehearsal and wedding day. ●Instruct wedding party on procedures for ceremony entrances and positions ●Assist with rehearsal dinner and or party ●Wedding day organization and put all wedding details in order ●Maintain all decorations and details at reception site ●Organize wedding party for ceremony ●Ensure all deliveries have been made ●Assist bride and groom with last minute details ●Oversee ceremony and reception ●Personal shopping ●Keep accurate timeline and itinerary for entire event ●Personal assistant to bride and groom ●Troubleshoot any problems ●Ensure all personal items for couple are secured after event. |
